The Serious FAQ
Why whenever I try to download one of your bootup screens or wallpaper do I get the message (in a Netscape window) "Unable to launch application. The application was not found." How do I fix the problem?
Answer:
In your Netscape browser you need to go to the pull down menu titled "Options", pull it down and select "General Preferences". Click on the tab titled "Helpers". Scroll down until you get to the file type "image/jpeg" and "image/gif". Highlight each of the two and below check the "radio button" next to "Action" that says "View in Browser". Now you will not get the "unable to launch" dialog box. For further instructions on how to download and install the graphics, go to question #1 on the Serious FAQ Index page.
