Recently I received the e-mail below. My first reaction was to say, "Well perhaps I'm tired of creating the graphics, you ungrateful bastard!" Then I thought maybe I should e-mail him all the graphics. The file is about 7 Megs in size. He would be downloading his mail for about an hour or so.
But instead I decided to offer the sender a little advice.

I'm getting really tired of downloading the pictures from your site one by one. Could you mail them to me?
My reply
Dear (Name Witheld),
Thank you very much for your note.
I am very sorry to hear that you are really tired. If I might suggest a couple of ideas that have helped me when I have found myself over-tired.
A regime of daily morning excercise is a great way to start the day and keep you from getting tired later. I personally cycle at least two miles on most mornings. Since I began this regime I have noticed my stamina increase and I very rarely tire in the evening.
Another idea for a quick pick me up is a steaming hot cup of Starbucks coffee. I recently read that they have opened a Starbucks cafe in Singapore. You might consider stopping by and picking up a pound or two of their specially blended coffee. I reccomend the Hazelnut flavor.
Thanks again for your note and I hope my suggestions help.
Have a nice weekend.
Steve
